What the app does
- Community directory — search the register by family name or code and find a household’s address and contact details.
- Your family’s record — the household as the Panchayat holds it, kept correct by the head of the family.
- Events — the year’s gatherings, with a reminder on your phone one to five days before, as you choose.
- About the Panchayat — its history, its office bearers, and how to reach the office or find the Manai.
Who can use it
The directory and family records are for registered member families. The Panchayat office issues the login — the app does not create accounts. If you are a member family and do not yet have a login, or your household’s details need correcting, please contact the Panchayat office.
What you need
- iPhone or iPad — iOS 16.4 or later.
- Android — see the Google Play listing for supported versions.
- An internet connection, and a login issued by the Panchayat office.
Your details and your privacy
Everything in the app is private to the community: entries are visible only to signed-in member families, never on the open internet. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is held and who can see it, and the Terms & Conditions explain how member details may and may not be used — in short, the directory is for staying in touch, not for marketing.
You may ask us at any time to correct your household’s record, or to remove it altogether — see Data Deletion Request.
